Delivery Fees and Important Information
Delivery charges are communicated after an order is placed. The delivery fee depends on several factors, including the package size, weight, destination and the transport provider selected.
Our team will confirm the available delivery options and applicable transport charges with you before dispatch.
Please note that most listed locations are parcel collection points. Customers may be required to collect their packages from the designated courier office, shuttle stage or parcel collection point.
For locations not appearing on this page, please contact us. We may be able to arrange delivery through another reliable transport provider.
Heavy bulk materials such as red soil, farm manure and compost manure are not sent through parcel services. See the delivery and collection policy on each product page, for example red soil.
